The Munich sales office of Nurus has got full\u00a0marks from German architects and designers.<\/strong><\/p>\n

Nurus has unveiled its new sales office in Munich in accordance with its overseas growth strategy. Nurus welcomed the most prominent architects and designers of Germany in the opening event which was held on Thursday evening, March 26th.<\/em><\/strong><\/p>\n

Nurus, one of the most prominent furniture manufacturers in Turkey, unveiled its new sales office in accordance with its overseas growth strategy in Munich, Germany. In the event hosted by Nurus executive board members G\u00fcran and Renan G\u00f6kyay and the Nurus CEO Din\u00e7er Sinici, Nurus welcomed the most prominent architects and designers in Germany.<\/p>\n

Among the Nurus products displayed in Nurus\u2019 sales office, the Alava product family which belongs to Ashbury Executive Series, which was co-designed by Stefan Brodbeck and Nurus, with its alternate base options, attracted great attention. Martin Ballendat design Uneo performance task chair, which recently won 2015 Red Dot Product Design Award, was one of the popular products at the event. One of the most design award winning chair Me Too, was given away as gift to participants in the lottery. Me Too completes the body perfectly and offers smart solutions to the needs of business life.<\/p>\n

Nurus, who has opened a sales office in its 88th<\/sup> year in North88, the heart of Munich\u2019s design world, will make a world of difference with its modern designs in the premises that bear Hadi Teharani\u2019s signature, the famous architect and designer of Iranian descent.<\/p>\n

Renan G\u00f6kyay, who has expressed the significance of Nurus\u2019 transformation into a global brand thanks to its emphasis on design, has said: \u201cAs a brand who has won numerous prestigious design awards in both local and international platforms, we have been closely observing Germany\u2019s understanding of design and trends; and we have been collaborating with Germany\u2019s most famous designers. We aim to become prominent with our trends in becoming a global brand, and with our designs that determine a new understanding of new office; we are accelerating our works regarding these points\u201d<\/em>.<\/p>\n

The new sales office, which also includes an employee office, will be the 3rd<\/sup> central point in the geography, after Turkey and Dubai, in which the brand operates.<\/p>\n

Nurus\u2019 story began in the year 1927<\/strong><\/p>\n

Nurus was founded in Ankara by Nurettin Usta in the year 1927 as a carpenter\u2019s shop. This legacy was taken over by his daughter Birten G\u00f6kyay, the first female industrialist registered in ASO, and his wife Ak\u0131n G\u00f6kyay. The name of the brand Nurus was inspired by the name Nurettin Usta as a step in the way of becoming institutionalized. In 1990s, Renan and G\u00fcran G\u00f6kyay brothers of the third generation of the family made Nurus into an internationally recognized brand. In accordance with the requests coming from the private and public sectors, Nurus decided to specialize in manufacturing office furniture. Nurus was included in Turquality, a state-funded branding program, in the year 2012.<\/p>\n

Nurus, who has brought in Turkey\u2019s first design awards called the IF Product Design Award and Red Dot Product Design Award, is currently the furniture company who holds the most design awards in Turkey with more than 30 design awards it has won since the year 1999.<\/p>\n
